President Obama Honors Stephen Curry’s Work With Nothing But Nets

Today, in a special White House ceremony honoring the Golden State Warriors for winning the 2015 NBA Championship, President Obama mentioned Stephen Curry’s work with the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign. You can watch the President’s mention here:

Last year, Stephen Curry visited the White House and met with President Obama to discuss his support for Nothing But Nets and the President’s Malaria Initiative. Now in his fourth-consecutive Three for Three Challenge, Stephen donates three life-saving bed nets to Nothing But Nets for every three-pointer he makes during the NBA regular season. It doesn’t matter if you’re an NBA athlete, a student, or a CEO – anyone can send a net and help save a life.
