This month, Harvard’s community is taking action against malaria! The Harvard Malaria Matters campaign had a great kick-off with a photo exhibit, “Visions From the Field.”

Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Major League Soccer, rallying soccer fans to “Compete to Beat Malaria”. MLS is donating a $10 bed net to Nothing But Nets for every save made by a goalkeeper during regular-season games this month, and have asked soccer fans to donate to the campaign as well.

Today we have a great story about champion Michael Krebs Hesse, from Pearland, Texas! Spurred by a class about being part of a community, Michael created a community service project to help Nothing But Nets.
